OK, talked with marc today, we did some setting changes, removed some outdated programs, and as of right now, the server seems to be back in line. Come play!!!! come enjoy yourself!

is there a way to fix the black screening when logging in? i tend to get a black screen more ofthen then logging in properly

That could be a side effect of the lag we just got fixed. Other then that I have no idea as I haven't had a black screen in Years.

Try setting the compatibility to run in windows 98

right click the icon, properties/compatibility tab

Hey Ive seen on the bible where the gem of destiny can be set to tp to self,is that a usable option here for those who still blackscreen?

It can be used for tp'ing to self but you don't get far enough ingame on login with a blackscreen for it to activate with a macro anymore, otherwise rst would work for blackscreens. Smile

lets say im in o realm, i dont want to rst and walk up again, thats pointless, if the tp to self would work, that would be nice.

Sorry, what I meant was if teleporting fixed blackscreens people could use the rst (but using the rst when blackscreened does nothing) and I have tried the teleporting to self in all forms without success so far as I blackscreen alot aswell, I will keep trying though because it bugs me to Dyrr Smile

By memory, BL has fixed this issue I will see what I can find out for you and see if we can maybe add it here Smile
